

Last weekend, the LXIX Anglo-Catalan Society Annual Conference was hosted by the University of Glasgow and the University of Strathclyde.
Among the lectures and talks, which focused on topics such as theatre, poetry, translation, art, linguistics, music, history, politics and tourism, our PhD student Beth Caygill gave a paper named “Thunder and Thread: Towards an Intersemiotic Translation in Textile of Dolors Miquel’s Corsdepardal“.
